Yiheng Intelligent Motor Control Board is a general-purpose low-voltage three-phase motor driver. It uses STM32 series microcontrollers and STM32 motor function library to drive DC brushless motors, AC synchronous motors, and asynchronous motors. Equipped with a microcontroller adapter socket, different STM32 series microcontrollers can be used to execute motor control algorithms. Yiheng Technology currently provides a low-voltage motor control board based on dual ADC engine STM32 and a low-voltage motor PCB control board based on high-speed comparator STM32.
The motor control board is equipped with a Hall signal interface and an encoder interface, which can feedback the rotor position and perform FOC control drive with a position sensor or six-step square wave drive. Provide a braking resistor interface, which can be applied to the dynamic braking function of high dynamic response control. With three-phase output terminal voltage detection connected to ADC, as well as virtual neutral point circuit and comparator circuit, it can realize a variety of brushless DC motor (BLDC) six-step square wave position sensorless drive applications. It also has 3 phase current detection resistors and 1 DC ground bus current detection resistor, and can be used in three current detection methods: three-resistance, two-resistance current detection, and single-resistor current detection. It can implement field-oriented vector control algorithm (vector control algorithm) such as position sensor and position sensorless to drive three-phase AC motor, and realize the motor control application technology of household, commercial and industrial products. In the command input interface part, in addition to the USB to UART interface, UART interface and I2C interface, it also provides a potentiometer analog input interface, which can change the resistance of the potentiometer to divide the voltage, and the output voltage command is read by the ADC. In addition, there are two dip switches and a button switch, which can provide programs for setting the control mode, and provide 5 LED indicators, including an error indicator.
