2 Resource Characteristics
2.1 Power characteristics:
[1] Adopt USB_OTG, USB_UART and EXT_IN three power supply methods;
[2] Digital power supply: The output of the digital power supply is 3.3V, and the high-efficiency BUCK circuit is used to supply power for ARM / FPGA / SDRAM, etc.;
[3] The FPGA core is powered by 1.2V, and also uses a high-efficiency BUCK circuit;
[4] FPGA PLL contains a large number of analog circuits, in order to ensure the performance of PLL, we use LDO to provide analog power for PLL;
[5] STM32F767IG provides an independent analog voltage reference to provide a reference voltage for the on-chip ADC / DAC;
[6] Provides power monitoring and benchmarking;
2.2 ARM features:
[1] High-performance STM32F767IG with a main frequency of 216M;
[2]14 high-performance I/O expansion;
[3] Multiplexing with I/O, including ARM built-in SPI / I2C / UART / TIMER / ADC and other functions;
[4] Including 100M Ethernet, high-speed USB-OTG interface and USB to UART function for debugging;
[5] Including 32M SDRAM, TF card interface, USB-OTG interface (can be connected to U disk);
[6] 6P FPC debugging interface, standard adapter to adapt to the general 20p interface;
[7] Using 16-bit parallel bus communication;
2.3 FPGA Features:
[1] Altera's fourth-generation Cyclone series FPGA EP4CE15F23C8N is used;
[2] Up to 230 high-performance I/O expansions;
[3] FPGA expands dual-chip SRAM with a capacity of 512KB;
[4] Configuration mode: support JTAG, AS, PS mode;
[5] Support loading FPGA through ARM configuration; AS PS function needs to be selected through jumpers;
[6] Using 16-bit parallel bus communication;
[7] FPGA debug port: FPGA JTAG port;
2.4 Other features:
[1] The USB of iCore4 has three working modes: DEVICE mode, HOST mode and OTG mode;
[2] The Ethernet interface type is 100M full duplex;
[3] The power supply mode can be selected by jumper, the USB interface is directly powered, or through the pin header (5V power supply);
[4] Two independent buttons are controlled by ARM and FPGA respectively;
[5] The two LED lights of the iCore4 heterogeneous dual-core industrial control board have three colors: red, green and blue, which are controlled by ARM and FPGA respectively;
[6] Adopt 32.768K passive crystal to provide RTC real-time clock for the system;
