GD32VF103 MCU board. GD32VF103 series MCU is a 32-bit general-purpose microcontroller based on RISC-V core, which provides high performance while having low power consumption, and provides a rich variety of peripherals. GD32VF103 series 32-bit RISC-V MCU, the main frequency is up to 108MHz, and it supports zero-waiting for flash access to provide maximum efficiency, up to 128 KB of on-chip flash and 32 KB of SRAM, and supports enhanced I/O connected to two APB buses ports and various peripherals.
This series of MCUs provides 2 12-bit ADCs, 2 12-bit DACs, 4 general-purpose 16-bit timers, 2 basic timers and 1 PWM advanced timer. Both standard and advanced communication interfaces are provided: 3 SPIs, 2 I2Cs, 3 USARTs, 2 UARTs, 2 I2Ss, 2 CANs and 1 full-speed USB. The RISC-V processor core can also be tightly coupled with the Enhanced Core Local Interrupt Controller (ECLIC), SysTick timer, and supports advanced debugging.
GD32VF103 series MCU adopts 2.6V to 3.6V power supply, and the operating temperature range is –40°C to +85°C. Multiple power-saving modes provide flexibility for maximum optimization between wake-up latency and power consumption, which must be considered when designing for low-power applications.
